- Implement people processes and work closely with business leaders to achieve key targets.
- Provide excellent service as a Business Partner to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective talent acquisition.
- Implement Group Talent Management processes to support people growth.
- Manage HR processes and activities in line with Group guidelines.
- Implement effective performance management processes.
- Lead employee relations and develop company culture.
- Develop partnerships with internal clients for people-related matters.
- Collaborate with the local Kering Shared Service Center on HR processes.
- Foster a diversified and empowered working environment.
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

- Project management skills.
4-5 years as an HR Generalist in structured, globally present organizations, and 2-3 years in the luxury, sport & lifestyle business. Experience in employee legislation and local labor laws.
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or HR Management.
