Kering Eyewear HR Administration Specialist

- Prepare and review employment-related contracts, including work contracts, individual contractual changes, and management of work hours and location changes.
- Contribute to the management of processes and regulatory obligations related to the initiation, management, and termination of employment relationships, supporting the Group's Shared Service Center and HR Business Partners.
- Manage attendance and absences using the Zucchetti management system.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and corporate compliance.
- Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual matters.
- Manage contract expiration schedules, including contracts, probation periods, internships, and temporary employment.
- Handle administrative personnel matters such as parental leave, illness, and injuries.
- Support the management of international mobility.
- Ensure orderly and timely updates of the personnel administration archive.
- Stay updated on labor law and administrative topics to benefit the HR function.
- Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good knowledge of the Zucchetti attendance management tool
- Understanding of Labor Law
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong team-working skills and ability to manage interpersonal relationships with a service-oriented and proactive approach
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment is required.
Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines
