Kering Eyewear HR Administration Specialist

- Prepare and review employment contracts, including those for temporary and internship positions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment processes, supporting the Group's Shared Service Center and HR Business Partners.
- Manage attendance and leave records using the Zucchetti software.
- Develop monthly and quarterly reports to support personnel management and corporate compliance.
- Provide continuous support in communication and management of employee relations, focusing on administrative and contractual matters.
- Oversee contract deadlines, probation periods, internships, and temporary assignments.
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee leaves, illnesses, and injuries.
- Support international mobility management.
- Maintain an orderly and timely update of the personnel administration archive.
- Stay informed on labor law and administrative topics to support the HR function.
- Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with the Zucchetti attendance management tool
- Knowledge of Labor Law
- Proficiency in English
- Analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal relationship management skills
- Proactive service-oriented mindset
3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
Degree in Legal or Economic disciplines.
