Kering Eyewear Graphic Design Manager

- Manage, develop, and coordinate creative and operational activities, contributing creative input and challenging the status quo.
- Collaborate in the management of relationships across Graphic and Marketing Teams.
- Support in-house shooting of new seasonal and institutional assets.
- Assist in the creation of social media assets, visual merchandising, PR materials, presentations, and instructional materials.
- Oversee production and post-production activities across the Graphic Team and external suppliers.
- Update communication assets to ensure alignment with current campaigns.
- Implement consistency across platforms in line with brand DNA and guidelines.
- Ensure the highest level of quality and precision on all deliveries.
- Define timelines and align with the Head of Graphic and Digital Design and Head of Marketing & Communication for final approval by the CEO.
- Monitor and ensure that goals and deadlines within the Graphic Team are met.
- Motivate and develop team members, ensuring optimal performance.
- Administer daily managerial tasks such as absence and time registration.
- Conduct annual performance, development, and salary reviews.
- Align creative ideas, timelines, and execution with management.
- Report on activities, meetings, and team members’ performance.
- Coordinate on holidays and other absences.
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of designers to meet company goals.
- Proven track record of creative graphic design solutions.
- Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
- Self-driven and motivated by delivering high-end productions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Motion graphics skills are an advantage.
- Up-to-date with contemporary trends and technologies.
- Structured work style with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
3+ years of experience managing a team of designers.
