Kering Eyewear Graphic Design Manager

- Contribute creative input and challenge the status quo to drive innovation.
- Collaborate in managing relationships across Graphic and Marketing Teams.
- Support in-house shooting of new seasonal and institutional assets.
- Assist in creating social media assets, visual merchandising, PR materials, and presentations.
- Oversee production and post-production activities with the Graphic Team and external suppliers.
- Update communication assets to reflect current campaigns across various platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms in alignment with brand DNA and guidelines.
- Maintain high quality and precision in all deliverables.
- Define timelines and coordinate with the Head of Graphic and Digital Design for project approvals.
- Monitor and ensure the Graphic Team meets goals and deadlines.
- Motivate and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.
- Administer daily managerial tasks, including absence and time registration.
- Conduct annual performance, development, and salary reviews.
- Align creative ideas, timelines, and execution with management.
- Report on activities, meetings, and team performance.
- Coordinate team schedules, including holidays and absences.
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing a team of designers.
- Proven track record of delivering high-end graphic design solutions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Motion graphics skills are advantageous.
- Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary trends and technologies.
- Structured work style with a focus on workflows and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly and convincingly.
- Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English.
A minimum of 3 years experience in managing a team of designers to consistently meet company goals is required.
