1. Monitor and analyze monthly financial results of subsidiaries against budget and forecasts.
2. Support Local Finance Managers in preparing reporting packages, including P&L and Balance Sheets, for actual, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
3. Calculate and monitor standard costs for the parent company and its subsidiaries.
4. Prepare consolidated gross margin reports for actual, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
5. Support the rollout of reporting systems in subsidiaries.
6. Ensure the application of the division controlling model in subsidiaries.

1. Degree in Business Administration with excellent academic results.
2. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an international and structured company.
3. Knowledge of International Accounting Standards.

1. Ability to analyze financial data.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel.
4. Experience in financial controlling.
5. Experience with SAP implementation and use is advantageous.
6. Ability to work in fast-growing environments and contribute to building a new organization.
7. Strong focus on results and adherence to deadlines.
8. Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
9. Passion, enthusiasm, curiosity, and innovation.

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an international and structured company.

Degree in Business Administration.
