Kering Eyewear Finance Specialist

- Post incoming invoices, bank statements, and journal entries.
- Reconcile accounts and maintain a comprehensive and accurate general ledger in accordance with fiscal accounting principles and internal guidelines.
- Participate in monthly and annual preparations related to financial closings according to a predefined schedule.
- Calculate and prepare monthly VAT and Intrastat forms.
- Communicate with external accounting services, tax offices, and banks.
- Collect and analyze financial data to prepare reports for management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for finance and sales departments.
- Coordinate with other departments within the organization.
- Calculate and book employee travel expenses.
- Monitor legal regulations in the accounting field.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Basic Excel and computer skills, including V-lookups and SumIF.
- Experience with SAP and BPC is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
2 to 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role is required.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
