1. Post incoming invoices, bank statements, and journal entries.
2. Reconcile accounts and maintain a comprehensive and accurate general ledger in accordance with fiscal accounting principles and internal guidelines.
3. Participate in monthly and annual preparations related to financial closings according to a predefined schedule.
4. Calculate and prepare monthly VAT and Intrastat forms.
5. Communicate with external accounting services, tax offices, and banks.
6. Collect and analyze financial data to prepare reports for management.
7. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for finance and sales departments.
8. Coordinate with other departments within the organization.
9. Calculate and book employee travel expenses.
10. Monitor legal regulations in the accounting field.

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or related discipline.
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Basic accounting knowledge.
2. Basic Excel and computer skills, including V-lookups and SumIF.
3. Experience with SAP and BPC is advantageous.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
6. Fluency in English.

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role is required.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
