Kering Eyewear Finance Manager

- Supervise and oversee all financial activities, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Lead month-end closing processes to ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors and tax consultants on statutory audits and tax matters.
- Implement internal control policies and procedures in line with statutory and group requirements.
- Conduct and support monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial analysis to support business plans and enhance profitability.
- Act as a business partner to identify risks and opportunities in business performance.
- Oversee credit activities, including contract, cash, and credit risk management.
- Review trade financing in planning, execution, and settlement reconciliation.
- Manage debtor collection performance and monitor credit orders and debtor aging.
- Manage capital requests and arrange debt and equity financing.
- Monitor cash balances and forecasts.
- Lead and develop the local finance team, providing training and guidance.
- Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Experience in competitive, brand-sensitive, service-oriented markets.
- Proven track record in structured, multinational environments.
- Experience in change management projects involving organization and information systems.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, tax budgeting, and cost control principles, including IFRS.
- Experience with SAP implementation and use.
- High level of written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership abilities that inspire colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a strong focus on execution.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports, statements, and projections.
- Mature personality with self-motivation and a positive attitude.
10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a major company or division of a large corporation, with a proven track record in structured, multinational environments.
Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
