Kering Eyewear Finance Manager

1. Supervise and oversee all aspects of financial activities, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
2. Lead the month-end closing to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
3. Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax consultants for statutory audit and tax matters.
4. Implement internal control policies and procedures in accordance with statutory and Group requirements.
5. Conduct and support monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
6. Provide financial analysis to support business plans and justify commercial decisions.
7. Act as a business partner to identify risks and opportunities in business performance.
8. Oversee all aspects of credit activities, including contract, cash, and credit risk management.
9. Review trade financing in planning, execution, and settlement reconciliation.
10. Oversee and control debtor collection and DSO performance.
11. Monitor credit orders release and debtor aging to mitigate potential credit risks.
12. Manage capital requests and arrange for debt and equity financing.
13. Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.
14. Lead the local finance team, providing training and guidance.
15. Recruit, empower, and lead human capital to achieve expected results.

1. Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
2. 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
3. Experience in highly competitive, brand-sensitive, service-oriented markets.
4. Experience within modern commercial organizations with demanding wholesale and retail business partners.
5. Proven track record of results achieved within a structured, multinational environment.
6. Ability to work within fast-growing and dynamic environments.
7. Experience in change management projects involving organization, information systems, and business approach.

1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, tax budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS.
2. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
3. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
4. Experience with SAP implementation and use.
5. High level of written and oral communication skills in English.
6. Strong leadership skills that inspire colleagues and stakeholders.
7. Ability to think and act strategically with a strong focus on execution.
8. Mature personality, self-motivation, and positive attitude.

10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation, with experience in competitive, brand-sensitive, service-oriented markets.
