Kering Eyewear Finance Manager

- Supervise and oversee all aspects of financial activities, including accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Lead the month-end closing to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal/external auditors and tax consultants for statutory audit and tax matters.
- Implement internal control policies and procedures in accordance with statutory and Group requirements.
- Conduct and support monthly management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide financial analysis to support business plans and justify commercial decisions.
- Act as a business partner to identify risks and opportunities in business performance.
- Oversee all aspects of credit activities, including contract, cash, and credit risk management.
- Review trade financing in planning, execution, and settlement reconciliation.
- Oversee and control debtor collection and DSO performance.
- Monitor credit orders release and debtor aging to mitigate potential credit risks.
- Manage capital requests and arrange for debt and equity financing.
- Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts.
- Lead the local finance team, providing training and guidance.
- Recruit, empower, and lead human capital to achieve expected results.
- Degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation.
- Experience in highly competitive, brand-sensitive, service-oriented markets.
- Experience within modern commercial organizations with demanding wholesale and retail business partners.
- Proven track record of results achieved within a structured, multinational environment.
- Ability to work within fast-growing and dynamic environments.
- Experience in change management projects involving organization, information systems, and business approach.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, tax budgeting, and cost control principles including IFRS.
- Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
- Experience with SAP implementation and use.
- High level of written and oral communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills that inspire colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to think and act strategically with a strong focus on execution.
- Mature personality, self-motivation, and positive attitude.
