1. Prepare and manage Purchase Order (PO) reports.
2. Perform bank reconciliations.
3. Input and reconcile tax-related postings in SAP.
4. Verify monthly VAT invoices with the local tax bureau.
5. Organize contract and accounting documentation.
6. Track payments in collaboration with the APAC Financial Shared Services Center (FSSC).
7. Support the annual audit process.
8. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

1. Fluency in Chinese and English, both written and oral; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
2. Background in finance, fashion, or commercial studies is preferred.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to generating solutions.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

No prior experience required, but knowledge in finance, fashion, or commercial fields is preferred.
