Kering Eyewear Finance Intern

- Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end financial closings, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and internal reporting standards.
- Support daily accounting operations using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Analyze monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet variations to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Issue credit notes to customers and reconcile intercompany invoices.
- Assist in accounts payable activities and credit management processes.
- Monitor financial discrepancies and collect financial information by cost center and distribution channel.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
- Support ERP system improvements and updates.
- Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping to meet auditor and governmental standards.
- Participate in specific project assignments as required.
- University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with SAP is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is advantageous, particularly within the luxury fashion industry.
University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
