1. Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end financial closings, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and internal reporting standards.
2. Support daily accounting operations using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Analyze monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet variations to identify trends and discrepancies.
4. Issue credit notes to customers and reconcile intercompany invoices.
5. Assist in accounts payable activities and credit management processes.
6. Monitor financial discrepancies and collect financial information by cost center and distribution channel.
7. Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with audit standards.
8. Support ERP system improvements and updates.
9. Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
10. Maintain accurate record-keeping to meet auditor and governmental standards.
11. Participate in specific project assignments as required.

1. University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
2. ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications preferred.
3. Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

1. Experience with SAP is desirable.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Previous experience in finance or accounting roles is advantageous, particularly within the luxury fashion industry.

University degree in accounting or related field preferred.
