1. Assist in the preparation and execution of month-end and year-end financial closings, ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and internal reporting standards.
2. Perform daily accounting operations using SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Analyze monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet variations to identify trends and discrepancies.
4. Issue credit notes to customers and reconcile intercompany invoices.
5. Support accounts payable activities and credit management processes.
6. Monitor and resolve financial discrepancies, collecting and analyzing financial information by cost center and distribution channel.
7. Maintain and document accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with audit standards.
8. Assist in the substantiation of financial transactions with audit-standard documentation.
9. Participate in ERP system improvements and updates.
10. Ensure compliance with legal, company secretarial, and regulatory requirements.
11. Maintain record-keeping standards to meet auditor and government agency requirements.
12. Contribute to specific on-demand project assignments.

1. University degree in accounting or a related field.
2. Preference for candidates with ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications.

1. Proficiency in SAP is desirable.
2. Strong interpersonal skills.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with SAP and accounting principles is advantageous.

University degree in accounting or related field.
