Kering Eyewear Field-Based Optical Trainer

- Implement technical training programs for Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, and Optical Schools within the designated area.
- Execute training programs using various formats, including classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
- Define effective local training strategies based on assigned KPIs and business priorities.
- Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
- Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
- Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Optical Trainers in other markets to share strategies and best practices.
- Monitor competitors' learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
- Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
- Understand the brand's business model and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience in the Optical Industry
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous
- Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Strong results orientation and respect for deadlines
- Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
- Passionate about optical training and product development
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel 80% of the time
3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.
Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience.
