1. Implement technical training programs for Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, LABs, and Optical Schools within the designated area.
2. Execute training programs using various formats, including classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Define effective local training strategies based on assigned KPIs and business priorities.
4. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
5. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
6. Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with Optical Trainers in other markets to share strategies and best practices.
8. Monitor competitors' learning tools and programs and report findings to headquarters.
9. Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
10. Understand the brand's business model and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features, and technicalities.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience in the Optical Industry
3. Fluent in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous

1. Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills
2. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced expertise in PowerPoint
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
4. Strong results orientation and respect for deadlines
5. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork
6. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
7. Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving abilities
8. Passionate about optical training and product development
9. Valid driver's license
10. Willingness to travel 80% of the time

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience.
