1. Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and Optical Schools.
2. Execute training programs using diverse formats such as classroom training, in-store training, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Define effective local training strategies based on key performance indicators and business priorities.
4. Customize training materials to meet specific market needs.
5. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during product presentations.
6. Manage and monitor travel budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with Optical Trainers from other markets to share strategies and best practices.
8. Monitor competitors' training tools and programs, reporting insights to headquarters.
9. Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
10. Understand the brand's business model and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, and product features.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the optical industry

1. Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous
3. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced PowerPoint skills
4. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
5. Strong focus on results and adherence to deadlines
6. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious
7. Strong team player with excellent communication skills
8. Entrepreneurial spirit with autonomy and problem-solving abilities
9. Passion for optical training and product development
10. Valid driver's license
11. Willingness to travel 80% of the time

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience.
