1. Implement technical training programs for various groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and Optical Schools within the designated area.
2. Execute training programs through diverse formats such as classroom training, in-store sessions, on-field coaching, and webinars.
3. Define effective local training strategies based on key performance indicators and business priorities.
4. Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
5. Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during collection presentations.
6. Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Collaborate with Optical Trainers in other markets to share strategies and best practices.
8. Monitor competitors' learning tools and programs, reporting insights to headquarters.
9. Proactively seek new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.
10. Understand brand business models and objectives, focusing on brand DNA, heritage, collections, and product features.

1. 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Degree in Optics and Optometry or relevant experience in the optical industry.

1. Excellent training content creation and copywriting skills.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Nordic languages is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
4. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
5. Strong results orientation and deadline adherence.
6. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork.
7. Strong team player with excellent communication, entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, and problem-solving skills.
8. Passion and enthusiasm for optical training and product development.
9. Valid driver's license.
10. Willingness to travel 80% of the time.

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the optical industry.

Degree in Optics and Optometry or equivalent experience.
