1. Ensure the development of prototypes as per the technical specifications and objectives related to time, quality, and cost.
2. Evaluate project development challenges, including technical issues, timelines, resources, and equipment, and propose innovative solutions to enhance final output.
3. Contribute to the development and identification of new solutions and technologies.
4. Promptly propose potential improvements to ongoing projects to meet defined objectives of time, quality, and cost.
5. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to achieving defined objectives and creating collections that exceed brand expectations.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in eyewear and/or jewelry prototyping.
2. Professional knowledge of machinery and tools for prototype development.
3. In-depth knowledge of metals, plastics, and natural materials such as wood and horn.
4. Strong passion for the work, innovative spirit, and robust problem-solving abilities.
