- Develop prototypes as defined in the brand collection plans, adhering to technical specifications and assigned time, quality, and cost objectives.
- Evaluate challenges in project development, including technical issues, timelines, resources, and equipment, and propose innovative solutions to enhance final output.
- Contribute to the identification and development of new solutions and technologies.
- Promptly propose potential improvements to ongoing projects to achieve defined objectives in terms of time, quality, and cost.
- Participate in internal meetings and contribute to achieving defined objectives and creating collections that exceed brand expectations.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within eyewear and/or jewelry prototyping.
- Professional proficiency in using machinery and equipment for prototype development.
- In-depth knowledge of metals, plastics, and natural materials such as wood and horn.
- Strong passion for the work and an innovative spirit.
- Proficiency in prototype development machinery and equipment.
- Expertise in materials such as metals, plastics, and natural substances.
- Problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar role within eyewear or jewelry prototyping is required.
