1. Develop prototypes as defined in the brand collection plans, adhering to technical specifications and assigned time, quality, and cost objectives.
2. Evaluate challenges in project development, including technical issues, timelines, resources, and equipment, and propose innovative solutions to enhance final output.
3. Contribute to the identification and development of new solutions and technologies.
4. Promptly propose potential improvements to ongoing projects to achieve defined objectives in terms of time, quality, and cost.
5. Participate in internal meetings and contribute to achieving defined objectives and creating collections that exceed brand expectations.

1. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within eyewear and/or jewelry prototyping.
2. Professional proficiency in using machinery and equipment for prototype development.
3. In-depth knowledge of metals, plastics, and natural materials such as wood and horn.
4. Strong passion for the work and an innovative spirit.
