1. Assist in the execution phase of events, including setup, live management, and dismantling.
2. Support client logistics management before, during, and after events.
3. Facilitate client agendas during sales events, including welcoming clients and overseeing appointments.
4. Prepare event materials and documentation.
5. Map event costs in SAP as directed by management.
6. Assist in the preparation of event organization and post-event presentations.
7. Manage supplier invoices by coordinating with the Finance team and maintaining records.
8. Contribute to the organization of ad hoc events.

1. Degree in Marketing or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong networking abilities with contacts and suppliers.
4. Team-oriented with excellent coordination and relationship-building skills.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects in event management or marketing are advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
