Kering Eyewear District Manager

- Lead and mentor brand ambassadors to achieve peak performance through training and goal setting.
- Maximize sales performance to meet budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Implement company strategies by motivating and supporting the sales team.
- Conduct regular store visits and co-travel with sales brand ambassadors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and conduct regular client visits.
- Develop business plans for top customers and enhance client processes.
- Monitor KPIs to identify opportunities and create strategic action plans.
- Analyze sales trends and collaborate with brand ambassadors to execute strategic plans.
- Evaluate distribution and identify opportunities for elevation.
- Provide bottom-up forecasting and implement strategies to close gaps.
- Stay informed about market competition to gain market share.
- Report comprehensively to management with strategic insights.
- Promote brand awareness and establish market presence.
- Organize and deliver local roadshows and events.
- Demonstrate effective managerial competencies and enforce teamwork.
- Provide feedback on performance and customer service to sales teams.
- Partner with HR on performance reviews and compensation processes.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members.
- Ensure consistent onboarding experiences for new hires.
- Collaborate with the training department on product and service trainings.
- 7-10 years of experience in a commercial role within the optical industry, ideally in sales management.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in collaborating with multiple teams such as HR, Store Operations, and Marketing.
- Experience managing business-to-business relationships.
- Experience within fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments.
- High degree of ethics and integrity.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of growing sales and building distribution.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strategic focus and results-oriented.
- Decisive and collaborative in strategy development.
- Flexible, adaptable, and reliable under pressure.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Ability to assess and anticipate needs and provide high-quality service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Available to travel up to 80% of the time.
7-10 years in a commercial role within the optical industry, ideally in sales management.
University degree or equivalent experience.
