- Lead and mentor brand ambassadors to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute strategic action plans to enhance KPI control and sales activities.
- Foster strong market presence through networking and client engagement.
- Conduct regular store visits and co-travel with sales brand ambassadors.
- Enhance sales processes and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage distribution and identify market elevation opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive reporting and strategic insights to management.
- Drive forecast planning and implement strategies for market share growth.
- Promote brand awareness and competitive market presence.
- Facilitate local, regional, and national selling events.
- Collaborate with HR on performance reviews and talent development.
- Recruit and retain high-performing teams and ensure effective onboarding.
- Minimum of 7 years in sales management, preferably in a district role.
- Experience in luxury, fashion, or consumer goods sectors.
- Proven track record of sales growth and distribution management.
- Strong ethical standards and business acumen.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
At least 7 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on district-level responsibilities within the luxury, fashion, or consumer goods industries.
