Kering Eyewear Demand Planner

- Develop sales forecasts for the designated commercial area or client.
- Collaborate regularly with commercial managers, clients, and marketing to align sales forecasts with sales plans and business objectives.
- Manage demand forecasts on a rolling basis for the next 12-15 months at the SKU level.
- Analyze historical data to identify key demand drivers and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Facilitate communication of priorities and information across departments, particularly with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams.
- Contribute to optimal service levels and inventory management in line with company strategies.
- Support the definition and revision of merchandising plans based on current and forecasted market performance.
- Act as the point of contact for market-related projects, proactively supporting their execution.
- Assist in implementing IT solutions to support demand planning activities.
- Support the implementation and management of a monitoring system for key market KPIs.
- Aid in managing product life cycles and market implementation.
- Degree in Economics or Science-related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments is advantageous
- Proficiency in English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus
- Teamwork and collaborative spirit
- Problem-solving aptitude
