Kering Eyewear Demand Planner

1. Develop sales forecasts for the designated commercial area or client.
2. Collaborate regularly with commercial managers, clients, and marketing to align sales forecasts with sales plans and business objectives.
3. Manage demand forecasts on a rolling basis for the next 12-15 months at the SKU level.
4. Analyze historical data to identify key demand drivers and ensure forecast accuracy.
5. Facilitate communication of priorities and information across departments, particularly with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
6. Perform back-office functions in collaboration with sales support and supply chain teams.
7. Contribute to optimal service levels and inventory management in line with company strategies.
8. Support the definition and revision of merchandising plans based on current and forecasted market performance.
9. Act as the point of contact for market-related projects, proactively supporting their execution.
10. Assist in implementing IT solutions to support demand planning activities.
11. Support the implementation and management of a monitoring system for key market KPIs.
12. Aid in managing product life cycles and market implementation.

1. Degree in Economics or Science-related fields
2. 1-2 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments is advantageous
3. Proficiency in English
4. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
5. Familiarity with SAP is a plus
