1. Provide exemplary customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with partners primarily via phone and email.
2. Process and enter customer orders efficiently.
3. Handle complaints with professionalism, offering guidance and support to partners.
4. Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries promptly.
5. Utilize and share brand and technical knowledge about LINDBERG's unique products with partners.
6. Collaborate effectively with the international sales team.

1. Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese and French is advantageous.
2. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building effective relationships via phone and email.
3. Structured, adaptable, and quality-conscious with a positive attitude.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize work effectively.

1. Proficiency in CRM systems and BI applications is beneficial.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is advantageous.

Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry, is required.
