1. Provide exemplary customer service focusing on relationship building with partners via phone and email.
2. Process and enter customer orders efficiently.
3. Handle complaints, offering guidance and support to partners.
4. Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries.
5. Utilize and share brand and technical knowledge about LINDBERG's unique products with partners.
6. Collaborate with the international sales team to enhance service delivery.

1. Fluency in Danish, German, and English; proficiency in other Scandinavian languages is advantageous.
2. Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building effective relationships.
3. Structured, adaptable, and quality-conscious individual with a positive attitude.

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Ability to prioritize work effectively.
3. Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is beneficial.
4. Familiarity with SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is advantageous.

Experience in customer service roles, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry, is desirable.
