Kering Eyewear Customer Operations Process Development Specialist

- Support induction and training for new employees and new business/system procedures.
- Assist in requirement collection and analysis for new business/system process mapping.
- Monitor and support Customer Service operation process development projects.
- Address and report system issues.
- Facilitate and manage communication with the APAC Customer Service Operation team regarding processes and procedures.
- Create internal documentation for the Customer Service Operation team.
- Assist in meeting management, including scheduling, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Provide regional support for inquiries related to customer service operation processes.
- Experience in customer operations, systems development, or IT.
- Experience with process documentation and activity coordination.
- Experience working with multiple countries and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in SAP and Dynamics is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a focus on results.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Proven experience in customer operations, systems development, or IT, particularly in a cross-functional and multi-country environment.
