- Support the development of Customer Operations-related project initiatives aimed at process optimization and enhancement.
- Perform analytical tracking and monitoring of project launches from design to execution to hypercare.
- Analyze complex data to support relevant process analysis.
- Compare data across different IT environments, identifying patterns and mismatches.
- Collect and present key insights from process data analysis in an accessible and structured format.
- Establish recurring reports and formats for sharing with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze business KPIs to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven insights and improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data quality checks and reporting automation.
- 1-2 years of experience in process, data analysis, or basic project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
- Focus on business processes and optimization.
1-2 years of experience in process, data analysis, or basic project management.
