1. Support the development of Customer Operations-related project initiatives aimed at process optimization and enhancement.
2. Perform analytical tracking and monitoring of project launches from design to execution to hypercare.
3. Analyze complex data to support relevant process analysis.
4. Compare data across different IT environments, identifying patterns and mismatches.
5. Collect and present key insights from process data analysis in an accessible and structured format.
6. Establish recurring reports and formats for sharing with relevant stakeholders.
7. Monitor and analyze business KPIs to identify areas for process improvement.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data-driven insights and improvement initiatives.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of data quality checks and reporting automation.

1. 1-2 years of experience in process, data analysis, or basic project management.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

1. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization.
2. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
3. Focus on business processes and optimization.

1-2 years of experience in process, data analysis, or basic project management.
