1. Provide exemplary customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with partners.
2. Communicate technical knowledge about unique products via telephone and email.
3. Handle complaints, offering guidance and support to partners.
4. Follow up on customer inquiries promptly.
5. Collaborate with the international sales team.
6. Process and register orders efficiently.
7. Engage in brand storytelling to enhance partner knowledge.

1. Fluency in Danish and English, with additional Scandinavian languages being advantageous.
2. Commitment to providing excellent service and building relationships through telephone and email.
3. Structured, adaptable, and quality-conscious with the ability to maintain a positive demeanor in a fast-paced environment.

1. Proficiency in CRM systems and BI applications is a plus.
2. Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is advantageous.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize work effectively.

Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
