1. Provide exemplary customer service with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with partners.
2. Communicate technical knowledge about unique products via telephone and email.
3. Handle complaints, offering guidance and support to partners.
4. Follow up on customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
5. Collaborate with the international sales team to support business objectives.
6. Process and register orders accurately.
7. Engage in brand storytelling to enhance partner knowledge.

1. Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in Danish is preferred.
2. Commitment to providing excellent service and building relationships through telephone and email.
3. Structured, adaptable, and quality-conscious approach to work.
4. Knowledge of CRM systems and BI applications is advantageous.
5. Familiarity with SAP and Dynamics Axapta ERP systems is beneficial.

Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, particularly within the luxury or fashion industry.
