1. Manage and collect past-due amounts for over 1,000 assigned accounts.
2. Review and release orders based on payment history and terms compliance.
3. Evaluate credit limits based on payment behavior and credit reports.
4. Analyze aging reports to identify payment trends.
5. Conduct proactive collection calls to customers with overdue balances.
6. Maintain comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts to resolve payment issues.
7. Build and sustain cross-functional relationships with customers and internal partners.
8. Provide management with timely updates on payment trends and cash flow issues.
9. Recommend accounts for external collection when necessary.
10. Update A/R systems with accurate status on past-due invoices.
11. Provide necessary documentation such as invoice copies and proof of delivery upon request.
12. Generate and dispatch monthly statements promptly.
13. Initiate and follow up on claims in CRM to ensure resolution.

1. Proven experience in credit, collections, and cash application in a high-volume environment.
2. Strong ability to meet or exceed collection goals.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; SAP experience preferred.
2. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
3. High attention to detail and accuracy in account management.
4. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teams.
5. High ethical standards and integrity.
6. Reliability and ability to handle confidential information.
7. Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit.

Experience in credit, collections, and cash application within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required.
