Kering Eyewear Credit and Collections Specialist

- Manage and collect past-due amounts for over 1,000 assigned accounts.
- Review and release orders based on payment history and terms compliance.
- Evaluate credit limits based on payment behavior and credit reports.
- Analyze aging reports to identify payment trends.
- Conduct proactive collection calls to customers with overdue balances.
- Maintain comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts to resolve payment issues.
- Build and sustain cross-functional relationships with customers and internal partners.
- Provide management with timely updates on payment trends and cash flow issues.
- Recommend accounts for external collection when necessary.
- Update A/R systems with accurate status on past-due invoices.
- Provide necessary documentation such as invoice copies and proof of delivery upon request.
- Generate and dispatch monthly statements promptly.
- Initiate and follow up on claims in CRM to ensure resolution.
- Proven experience in credit, collections, and cash application in a high-volume environment.
- Strong ability to meet or exceed collection goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; SAP experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in account management.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teams.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Reliability and ability to handle confidential information.
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit.
Experience in credit, collections, and cash application within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required.
