Kering Eyewear Chief Accounting Officer

- Oversee the Accounting, Treasury, and Tax Teams.
- Define and implement procedures and policies for continuous improvement in Accounting, Tax, and Treasury areas.
- Support timely monthly and annual closing reporting.
- Guide the development and implementation of accounting procedures, finance IT systems, and related controls for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Support the Accounting Manager in preparing financial statements and related obligations.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statements for Group companies according to international accounting standards.
- Prepare the Accounting Manual for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Monitor cash flow and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with economic regulations and laws.
- Manage fiscal obligations accurately and punctually.
- Evaluate risk management and monitor subsidiary activities.
- Set goals for the Accounting Team and individual managers.
- Promote continuous professional development and a collaborative environment.
- Degree in Economics
- At least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles within international and structured organizations
- In-depth knowledge of OIC and IFRS accounting principles
- Experience in an auditing firm is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and proactive attitude
- Results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Ability to delegate and motivate the team
- Full proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of SAP and Office package
A minimum of 7-10 years in similar roles within international and structured organizations, preferably with experience in auditing firms.
Degree in Economics
