Chief Accounting Officer

1. Oversee the Accounting, Treasury, and Tax Teams
2. Define procedures and policies in Accounting, Tax, and Treasury areas
3. Support timely monthly and annual closing reporting
4. Guide the development and implementation of accounting procedures and finance IT systems
5. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for the company and its subsidiaries
6. Support the preparation of financial statements
7. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements according to international standards
8. Prepare the Accounting Manual for the company and its subsidiaries
9. Monitor cash flow and financial planning processes
10. Ensure compliance with regulations and laws
11. Manage fiscal obligations
12. Evaluate risk management
13. Monitor subsidiary activities
14. Set goals for the Accounting Team
15. Promote continuous professional development of the team

1. Degree in Economics
2. At least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles in international organizations
3. In-depth knowledge of OIC and IFRS accounting principles
4. Experience in an auditing firm is a plus

Degree in Economics
