1. Oversee the Accounting, Treasury, and Tax Teams.
2. Define and implement procedures and policies for continuous improvement in Accounting, Tax, and Treasury areas.
3. Support timely monthly and annual closing reporting.
4. Guide the development and implementation of accounting procedures, finance IT systems, and related controls for the company and its subsidiaries.
5. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for the company and its subsidiaries.
6. Support the Accounting Manager in preparing financial statements and related obligations.
7. Coordinate the preparation of financial statements for Group companies according to international accounting standards.
8. Prepare the Accounting Manual for the company and its subsidiaries.
9. Monitor cash flow and financial planning processes.
10. Ensure compliance with economic regulations and laws.
11. Manage fiscal obligations accurately and punctually.
12. Evaluate risk management and monitor subsidiary activities.
13. Set goals for the Accounting Team and individual managers.
14. Promote continuous professional development and a collaborative environment.

1. Degree in Economics
2. At least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles within international and structured organizations
3. In-depth knowledge of OIC and IFRS accounting principles
4. Experience in an auditing firm is a plus

2. Results-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Strong organizational and team management skills
4. Ability to delegate and motivate the team
5. Full proficiency in English
6. Excellent knowledge of SAP and Office package

A minimum of 7-10 years in similar roles within international and structured organizations, preferably with experience in auditing firms.
