- Collect and evaluate revenue estimates from all channels to validate business trends.
- Analyze commercial policies for alignment with budget and forecast conditions.
- Support channels in defining budgets and forecasts, ensuring coherence and reliability.
- Perform analyses of sales and training activities, reporting findings.
- Monitor brand distribution, providing regular reports to the manager and team.
- Build and update sales dashboards with KPIs, collaborating with Finance, IT, Planning, and Customer Service.
- Support monthly and quarterly business reviews through data analysis and presentation preparation.
- Enable informed decisions by identifying sales performance drivers to boost profitability.
- University graduate in Finance or Business Management.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in similar roles or in consultancy and audit firms.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to manage reporting and databases.
- Strong focus on results and respect for deadlines.
- Excellent team player and communicator with entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
A minimum of 2-3 years in sales analysis, sales planning, sales control, or consultancy and audit roles within a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management.
