Kering Eyewear Brand Manager

- Develop product strategy in alignment with company strategies in collaboration with the Head of Marketing, focusing on product, assortment, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the Design team to structure the annual collection plan for assigned brands, integrating market and sales analysis with brand objectives and design developments.
- Ensure consistency in style, price positioning, and range highlights across all markets.
- Propose and monitor the pricing strategy for each brand, ensuring alignment with brand image and positioning.
- Create and implement the annual marketing and communication plan, including strategic lines, activities, and quarterly regional plans.
- Manage and oversee the annual marketing budget.
- Monitor and analyze global eyewear market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare presentations for the sales force, customers, and brand showrooms in collaboration with the training team.
- Support the collection assortment process for each customer segment and region.
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Master’s degree in marketing or business administration.
- Experience in eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion, or accessories.
- Fluency in English and Italian; French is advantageous.
- Strong product and fashion acumen.
- Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Outstanding analytical skills.
4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the eyewear, watch & jewellery, beauty & cosmetics, fashion, or accessories sectors.
Master’s degree in marketing or business administration.
