- Develop and execute strategic sales plans in alignment with the sales cycle priorities.
- Ensure effective store visit plans and achieve key performance indicators for store visit frequency.
- Foster constructive relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the primary brand liaison for feedback and customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and support the launch of new collections each season.
- Monitor and enhance brand penetration in stores, ensuring optimal product displays and inventory levels.
- Adhere to selective distribution guidelines to optimize and oversee product distribution.
- Negotiate and enhance brand visibility in stores, managing and optimizing brand image.
- Ensure compliance with brand display guidelines and standards, safeguarding brand assets and maintaining retail brand image.
- Manage regional market resources and oversee the implementation of national retail projects.
- Conduct comprehensive brand and product training for A+/A class stores.
- Implement product, brand, and trade marketing training activities.
- Provide timely and accurate store visit reports, collecting and organizing customer feedback on products and brands.
- Analyze and report on competitor activities, including brand, product, display, and promotional outcomes.
- Evaluate best-selling and slow-moving items, analyzing factors such as price, color, or style.
- Experience in fashion/luxury goods, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods with a solid trade marketing and merchandising background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic English language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong goal-oriented mindset and negotiation skills.
- Analytical attitude and learning capability.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
