1. Develop and execute strategic work plans in alignment with sales cycles and activities.
2. Ensure effective store visit plans and achieve key performance indicators for store visit frequency.
3. Establish constructive relationships with store managers and staff, acting as the brand liaison for feedback and requirements.
4. Achieve sales targets and support the launch of new collections each season.
5. Ensure brand penetration and supervise product display and inventory levels in stores.
6. Adhere to selective distribution guidelines, optimizing and supervising product distribution.
7. Negotiate and enhance brand visibility within stores, managing and optimizing brand image.
8. Ensure compliance with brand display guidelines and standards, protecting brand assets and maintaining retail brand image.
9. Manage regional market resources and oversee the implementation of national retail projects.
10. Conduct comprehensive brand and product training for A+/A class stores.
11. Implement product, brand, and trade marketing training activities.
12. Provide timely and accurate client/store visit reports, collecting and organizing feedback on products and brand.
13. Analyze and report on competitor activities, including brand, product, display volume, activities, and results.
14. Analyze best-selling and slow-moving items based on factors such as price, color, or style.

1. Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods with a solid background in trade marketing and market display.
