1. Develop and execute a strategic work plan aligned with sales cycle priorities.
2. Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators related to store visit frequency.
3. Cultivate and maintain constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for client feedback and requirements.
5. Achieve sales objectives and support collection launches.
6. Monitor brand penetration and ensure optimal stock levels in stores.
7. Enhance brand visibility and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
8. Implement training activities for trade partners on products and brand marketing.
9. Provide comprehensive reporting on store visits, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
2. Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
3. Strong background in Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising.
4. Willingness to travel extensively.
5. Native Japanese speaker.

1. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Ability to prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively.
4. Proven experience in sales strategy execution.
5. Strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset.
6. Effective teamwork and communication abilities.

A minimum of three years in a field sales role, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries.
