Kering Eyewear Brand Ambassador

- Develop and implement strategic priorities and work plans aligned with sales objectives.
- Plan and execute client visits to maintain optimal frequency and engagement.
- Cultivate robust relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
- Serve as the primary contact for client feedback and requirements.
- Achieve sales targets through effective management of sell-in and sell-out activities.
- Support the launch of new collections and ensure brand penetration in stores.
- Maintain adequate product assortment and stock levels at retail points.
- Optimize product distribution in accordance with selective distribution guidelines.
- Enhance brand visibility and presence in-store through negotiation and strategic communication.
- Ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image at retail.
- Implement training activities for trade partners on products, brand, and trade marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate visit reports, collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, including brand visibility and events.
- Analyze sales performance, identifying best and worst sellers.
- University degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of on-site sales experience.
- Experience in fashion/luxury, beauty, or FMCG industries; optical industry experience is advantageous.
- Experience in trade marketing and visual merchandising.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement and goal orientation.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical thinking and learning capability.
At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or FMCG sectors, with a focus on trade marketing and visual merchandising.
University degree.
