Kering Eyewear Brand Ambassador

- Define work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store cluster.
- Build constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
- Act as the brand's point of reference for client feedback and needs.
- Ensure the achievement of sales objectives, including sell-in and sell-out.
- Support the launch of each collection release and monitor brand penetration in stores.
- Ensure adequate assortment and stock levels in points of sale.
- Optimize and monitor product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.
- Manage and enhance brand presence by negotiating and increasing in-store brand visibility.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and standards in stores.
- Maintain the brand image at retail to protect brand equity.
- Implement training activities for trade regarding products, brand, and trade marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of visits, gathering customer feedback on products and brands.
- Analyze and report on competitors’ activities, including brands, products, visibility, and events.
- Analyze best and worst sellers, including best-selling price points, colors, or styles.
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
- Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments; optical industry experience is a plus
- Solid background in trade marketing and visual merchandising
- Availability to travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fair level of English and proficiency in the local language
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong achievement orientation
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical attitude and learning capability
A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG environments. Experience in the optical industry is advantageous.
University degree
