- Exceed revenue targets within the Malaysian market.
- Collaborate effectively with the Malaysia-based distributor to ensure alignment with brand objectives and guidelines.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Kering Eyewear in Malaysia.
- Contribute to the development and distribution strategy for the assigned market.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify and target new customers and retail opportunities in line with brand guidelines.
- Achieve sales and order targets by brand according to established plans.
- Support the launch of new collections and ensure consistent stock replenishment.
- Maintain an adequate level of assortment and stock at points of sale.
- Enhance brand presence in stores by optimizing visibility through dedicated spaces.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with distribution strategy and oversee POS material installation.
- Conduct in-store training for retailer's sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities.
- Assist in the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Provide accurate and continuous reporting on visits, customer feedback, sell-out performance, and stock analysis.
- Plan store visits effectively in accordance with targets set by management.
- Diploma or University Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of field sales experience.
- Proven experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong sales background with trade marketing and visual merchandising experience.
- Willingness to travel as required by business needs.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset and learning capability.
A minimum of 5 years in field sales, preferably within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.
Diploma or University Degree preferred.
