1. Promote Valentino and Montblanc brands to an assigned client portfolio in the Ile-de-France region.
2. Ensure client follow-up and management, while generating new prospects.
3. Facilitate product and brand promotion to drive development and client orders.
4. Implement trade marketing strategies to increase product sell-out and brand visibility.
5. Train retail teams on Kering Eyewear brands and products.
6. Ensure retail compliance with Kering Eyewear's commercial policies to maintain brand reputation and service quality.

1. Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
2. Experience in the optical industry is advantageous.
3. University degree or equivalent experience.

1. Strong client relationship skills with a focus on service and trust.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
