- Achieve net sales targets within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
- Ensure brand integrity through qualitative door distribution.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with clients to enhance sell-through.
- Develop a balanced sales portfolio across brands.
- Maximize sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
- Collaborate with clients on visibility projects and trade marketing initiatives to boost sell-through.
- Conduct in-store training sessions to optimize sales performance.
- Provide timely and precise reporting.
- Coordinate with other sales divisions within Kering Eyewear to maintain a balanced brand portfolio.
- Demonstrated success in sales growth and door distribution with wholesale clients.
- Established customer relationships based on service and trust.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Residence in New York City or Northern New Jersey.
