- Manage and develop business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent clients.
- Actively increase sales and achieve budget targets by building a high-quality distribution network and maintaining close relationships with business partners.
- Evaluate the positioning and suitability of new clients for the introduction of new brands/collections.
- Ensure brand coherence through the selection of appropriate sales points regarding image, positioning, and location, and adherence to brand standards for in-store merchandise presentation.
- Research and target new clients strategically.
- Plan effective visits to achieve KPIs related to visit frequency per store, brand presence in-store, and sell-through figures per store.
- Present the brand and sell new collections.
- Conduct general training of retailers' sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities directly in-store.
- Ensure adequate stock levels at sales points within the assigned territory and assist in inventory management processes.
- Implement trade marketing activities in collaboration with the trade marketing team to maximize sell-through at the customer level.
- Collect sell-through reports from clients.
- Record and manage orders in collaboration with the customer service department.
- Review visual merchandising in line with Kering's distribution strategy, organize and control the correct installation of POS marketing materials, and assist in planning and executing window campaigns at key locations.
- Manage in-store brand presence: actively control and optimize brand presence through negotiations and increased visibility (e.g., exclusive spaces, window displays, etc.).
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and follow-up on orders and deliveries.
- Build strong external and internal relationships.
- Support the finance department with inquiries regarding invoices, credits, and debits.
- Handle customer return requests in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- More than 2 years of field sales experience with proven success in fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or premium consumer goods.
- Native German speaker with excellent English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (80%).
- Valid driver's license with no endorsements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to grow business and identify and develop new opportunities.
- Confident demeanor in customer interactions and ability to comprehensively manage accounts.
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet seasonal and client-specific deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage and optimize the sales process.
More than 2 years of field sales experience in fashion, accessories, lifestyle, cosmetics, or premium consumer goods.
