1. Develop and execute work plans according to sales cycle priorities and activities.
2. Ensure effective store visit plans and achieve key performance indicators for store visit frequency.
3. Establish constructive relationships with store managers and staff.
4. Act as the brand liaison for customer feedback and requirements.
5. Achieve sales targets and support the launch of new seasonal products.
6. Ensure brand penetration and supervise store brand presence.
7. Maintain adequate product display and inventory in each store.
8. Comply with selective distribution guidelines and optimize product distribution.
9. Negotiate and enhance brand visibility in stores, managing and optimizing brand image.
10. Ensure stores adhere to brand display guidelines and standards.
11. Protect brand assets and maintain brand image in retail settings.
12. Implement product, brand, and trade marketing training activities.
13. Provide timely and accurate client/store visit reports, collecting customer feedback on products and brand.
14. Analyze and report competitor activities, including brand, product, display, activities, and results.
15. Analyze best-selling and slow-selling items, considering factors like price, color, or style.

1. Experience in fashion/luxury goods, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods.
2. Solid background in trade marketing and market display.
3. Basic English proficiency.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong goal-oriented abilities.
5. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
6. Analytical mindset and learning ability.
7. Training experience is preferred.

Experience in fashion/luxury goods, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods is required, with a solid background in trade marketing and market display.
