- Define and execute work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators related to store visit frequency.
- Cultivate constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
- Serve as the primary point of reference for client feedback and needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to enhance profitability and brand presence.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance for key accounts and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, assortment optimization, and adherence to selective distribution standards.
- Achieve sales objectives and support the launch of each collection release.
- Ensure brand penetration and adequate stock levels in stores.
- Optimize product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.
- Enhance brand presence by negotiating increased in-store visibility.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintain brand image at retail locations.
- Implement training activities for trade regarding products, brand, and marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of visits, including customer feedback and competitor analysis.
- Analyze best and worst sellers to inform strategic decisions.
- Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
- Availability to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills in Cantonese.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a capacity for learning.
0-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those with a background in the eyewear or related industry.
