- Develop and execute strategic work plans based on sales cycle priorities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators for store visits.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand-related client feedback and needs.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms to optimize profitability and enhance brand presence.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out metrics for key accounts and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal assortment.
- Ensure achievement of sales objectives and support collection launches.
- Monitor brand penetration and optimize product distribution in stores.
- Negotiate and enhance in-store brand visibility and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
- Implement training activities for trade regarding products and brand marketing.
- Provide timely reporting on store visits and gather customer feedback.
- Analyze competitor activities and report on best and worst sellers.
- Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear industry.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills in Cantonese.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

0-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the eyewear industry.
