- Develop and execute a strategic work plan aligned with sales cycle priorities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators for store visits.
- Foster constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
- Serve as the point of reference for client feedback and needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms to optimize profitability and brand presence.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with distribution standards.
- Achieve sales objectives and support the launch of new collections.
- Ensure optimal brand penetration and stock levels in retail locations.
- Manage and enhance brand visibility and presence in stores.
- Ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines to protect brand equity.
- Implement training activities for trade partners regarding products and marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on visits and customer feedback.
- Analyze competitor activities and report on market trends.
- Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
- Availability for travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with strong communication skills in Cantonese.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the eyewear or related industry.
