1. Develop and execute a strategic work plan based on sales cycle priorities to optimize client portfolio coverage.
2. Establish and maintain robust relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates to enhance client engagement.
3. Manage key accounts by negotiating commercial terms, monitoring performance, and ensuring brand presence and profitability.
4. Drive brand performance by achieving sales objectives, supporting collection launches, and ensuring optimal product distribution.
5. Enhance in-store brand visibility and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines to uphold brand equity.
6. Implement training activities for trade partners on products, brand, and marketing strategies.
7. Provide comprehensive reporting on client visits, competitor activities, and product performance.

1. Higher diploma or equivalent education level.
2. 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
3. Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a strong emphasis on Cantonese communication skills.

2. Strong achievement orientation and negotiation capabilities.
3. Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.

0-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those familiar with the eyewear industry.
