- Develop and execute strategic work plans based on sales cycle priorities to enhance client portfolio coverage.
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand-related client feedback and needs.
- Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key accounts to ensure enduring partnerships.
- Negotiate commercial terms to optimize profitability and brand presence.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance for key accounts, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, assortment optimization, and adherence to selective distribution standards.
- Achieve sales objectives and support the launch of new collections.
- Ensure brand penetration and adequate stock levels in stores.
- Optimize product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.
- Enhance brand presence in stores by negotiating increased visibility and ensuring compliance with merchandising standards.
- Implement training activities for trade partners regarding products, brand, and trade marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of store visits, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Analyze best and worst sellers, identifying trends in selling price points, colors, and styles.
- Higher diploma or equivalent education level.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
- Availability to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese, with a requirement for fluent Cantonese communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a capacity for learning.
0-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for those with experience in the eyewear or related industry.
Higher diploma or equivalent.
