- Define and implement work plans based on sales cycle priorities and activities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators regarding visit frequency per store cluster.
- Cultivate constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and dedicated associates.
- Act as the primary point of reference for client feedback and needs.
- Achieve sales objectives and support the launch of each collection release.
- Monitor brand penetration and ensure adequate assortment and stock levels in points of sale.
- Optimize product distribution in compliance with selective distribution guidelines.
- Negotiate and enhance in-store brand visibility and ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
- Maintain brand image at retail locations to protect brand equity.
- Implement training activities for trade regarding products, brand, and trade marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of visits and gather customer feedback on products and brands.
- Analyze and report on competitors' activities, including brands, products, visibility, and events.
- Analyze best and worst sellers, including best-selling price points, colors, or styles.
- Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in eyewear or a related industry.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset and learning capability.
0-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the eyewear or related industry.
Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
