- Develop and implement a strategic work plan aligned with sales cycle priorities.
- Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators related to store visit frequency.
- Cultivate and maintain constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
- Act as the primary liaison for client feedback and needs regarding the brand.
- Achieve sales objectives through effective sell-in and sell-out strategies.
- Support the launch and promotion of new collection releases.
- Monitor and ensure brand penetration and adequate stock levels in stores.
- Optimize product distribution in line with selective distribution guidelines.
- Enhance brand presence and visibility within stores through negotiation and strategic placement.
- Ensure compliance with brand merchandising guidelines and standards.
- Maintain brand image and equity at retail locations.
- Implement training activities for trade partners regarding products, brand, and trade marketing.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on store visits and customer feedback.
- Analyze and report on competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify best and worst sellers to inform strategic decisions.
- Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
- Willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong achievement orientation.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a capacity for learning.
0-3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for candidates with a background in the eyewear or related industry.
Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
