1. Develop and implement a strategic work plan based on sales cycle priorities to optimize client portfolio coverage.
2. Establish and maintain constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates to act as a liaison for client feedback and needs.
3. Achieve sales objectives and support the launch of new collections, ensuring brand penetration and adequate stock levels in stores.
4. Negotiate and enhance in-store brand visibility, ensuring compliance with merchandising guidelines and maintaining brand equity.
5. Conduct training activities related to products, brand, and trade marketing for store staff.
6. Provide timely and accurate reporting on store visits, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
7. Analyze sales data to identify best and worst sellers, optimizing product distribution.

1. Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
3. Willingness to travel.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English and Cantonese.
