1. Develop and execute strategic work plans aligned with sales cycle priorities.
2. Ensure effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators related to store visit frequency.
3. Cultivate constructive relationships with Merchandise Managers, Store Managers, and associates.
4. Serve as the primary liaison for client feedback and needs.
5. Achieve sales objectives and support collection launches.
6. Monitor brand penetration and ensure optimal product assortment and stock levels.
7. Negotiate and enhance in-store brand visibility and compliance with merchandising guidelines.
8. Implement training activities for trade partners on products, brand, and marketing.
9. Provide timely reporting on visits, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
10. Analyze sales data to identify best and worst sellers.

1. Higher diploma or equivalent qualification.
2. 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the eyewear or related industry.
3. Willingness to travel.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluency in English and Cantonese.
