1. Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.
2. Establish and maintain qualitative door distribution aligned with the brand's DNA.
3. Cultivate long-term partnerships with customers to enhance sell-through.
4. Maximize sell-in sales of optical frames and sunglasses through effective presentations.
5. Collaborate with customers to optimize sell-through sales using visibility and trade marketing programs.
6. Conduct in-store training sessions to boost sales performance.
7. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities.

1. Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution within the optical industry.
2. Established relationships with customers based on service and trust.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in optical sales, specifically with opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists.

1. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 5 years in optical sales within the opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists sector is required.

University degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
